William Burtch, has an extensive career in public service. He served 11 years for the former City Councillor in Scarborough Southwest and Budget Chief for the City of Toronto . He was an integral part in bridging the community to the councillor to make sure that every constituent has their voices heard. Community service has been a part of his overall philosophy and life. Whether it's assisting at a homeless shelter or community advocacy, his main priority is to make his community a better place.
He also serves on a number of not for profit board of directors and has a keen interest in community empowerment.
