The Social Circle

A seniors-focused community program designed to foster food security, connection, dignity, and well-being through shared meals, creative engagement, and inclusive social spaces. The program brings older adults together to build relationships, share experiences, and remain active contributors to community life.  

Oakridge Social Circle

A welcoming space for older adults to connect, create, and celebrate community.

What we offer:

  • Sit-together meals to nourish body and spirit
  • Art classes, music sessions, and singing jams
  • Storytelling circles and focus groups
  • Intergenerational activities and social engagement
  • Opportunities to share skills, experiences, and laughter

Every Wednesday - 12pm to 3pm

Golden Age Social

A 10-week free programme designed for seniors to come together through food, conversations and shared experiences. Each session combines hands-on cooking, cultural food stories and social connection in a relaxed and supportive environment.
