Kristine Del Rosario has over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, beginning in Manila where she was born and raised. Her professional journey includes a diverse range of roles, from culinary management and consultancy, research and development, to fine dining pastry creation.
Kristine has honed her craft both in the Philippines and internationally, contributing her expertise to reputable kitchens in the US/Canada.
In Toronto, Kristine worked for the hq of a bank’s executive floor in the Financial District. Here, she was responsible for managing high-profile dining experiences for VIP’s, dignitaries and executives ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to food safety protocols. Her leadership skills were key in running the kitchen efficiently and maintaining exceptional standards.
When she’s not busy in the kitchen, Kristine enjoys exploring new trends in the culinary world. She is also passionate about sharing her expertise with others, which led to her involvement in teaching. Outside of her professional responsibility, Kristine prioritizes time with her family.
